Early Access

Simple, transparent pricing

GPCGuard’s self-serve plans are available now for the generated embed plus `gpc-signal` workflow. Enterprise agreements are available for custom legal and retention requirements.

Self-serve plans are shown below. If you want founder-led rollout, evidence workflows, or custom terms, contact us about the Founding Partner Pilot.

Early Access Pricing

Current self-serve rates are part of the early access rollout. If pricing changes later, customers will receive notice before any adjustment takes effect.

Usage Meter

Every request processed by the gpc-signal guard chain counts toward usage, including ACKNOWLEDGED, DENIED, and FAILED outcomes.

Fail-Closed Posture

If GPCGuard cannot complete compliance-critical validation, the request resolves to deny instead of silently allowing processing to continue.

Common questions

Is a credit card required for the Developer tier?
No. Free early access requires only an account and DPA acceptance.
What counts as a GPC signal?
Each request processed by the `gpc-signal` guard chain counts toward usage, including ACKNOWLEDGED, DENIED, and FAILED decision outcomes.
Does GPCGuard guarantee legal compliance?
No. GPCGuard supports API-layer decision and compliance workflows — it is not a guarantee of legal compliance for every context. Consult qualified legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific requirements.
What does fail-closed mean for operators?
If GPCGuard cannot validate a compliance-critical request, it defaults to the deny outcome rather than allowing processing to continue without a verified decision path.
Is there a DPA available?
Yes. A per-site DPA gate is part of the activation flow. Enterprise customers can request a custom MSA and DPA. View DPA details
